It's definitely the concert of the year 2010. The Irish rock band U2 with the charismatic singer Bono will give one of their bombastic concerts in Zurich’s Letzigrundstadion. Within the baggage they have one of the largest 360-degree stages in the world. U2 always sets new standards and has become the most famous and successful rock band of today.
The band was founded in 1976 in Dublin and played since today in the original cast. In addition to the singer Bono, guitarist The Edge also has a strong recognition value. Larry Mullen Jr. is sitting on the drums and Adam Clayton plays bass. 14 albums have been released by the Irishman and they have written countless hits such as "The Fly", "Vertigo" or "Beautiful Day".
In August 2010 U2 launches the European tour. It is very fortunate that the Irishmen have scheduled a show in Switzerland. 43,000 fans are going to see a spectacular performance on the 12th September 2010.
